"Working with corporate is wonderful and they are always super helpful. Working with this branch is a nightmare. Always making changes after the fact even after confirming multiple times that it is in the agreed upon quote and paid for. Disappointed and will explore other branches or other companies after all the troubles we have faced. Disappointed as I was new to StateFarm and haven’t experienced anything like this with my other current insurance company. Original review beginning of September 2025. Follow up on 10/4/25- We ended up requesting to switch to another local branch the day after I posted this review. This was actually what corporate also strongly encouraged us to do. This branch never followed up as mentioned in their comment to my review and they never reached out for further information on why we were requesting to switch even though we said Len could feel free to reach out to discuss the reason we were switching."

"Was with this agency for a couple years, every time I tried to do something, it got screwed up and I had to catch the mistakes. We would get told one thing to shut us up and keep going, then later on when the problem doesn't go away, we would get told they never said that. Our last issue went so poorly that we reported them to corporate and switched agencies. Also ended up hearing from others that they had plenty of problems here too."
